Top FAQs: Using PocketMail Webmail

Once I sign up for PocketMail, how can I access my account?

The PocketMail Webmail service allows you to send and receive email from virtually anywhere in the world via any ISP and compatible web browser.

Can I consolidate multiple e-mail accounts into my PocketMail account?

PocketMail can be used as an extension to all of your existing e-mail accounts, including IMAP, POP3 and other Internet Mail services, by collecting the mail delivered to those accounts and sending a copy to your PocketMail e-mail address. Your e-mail can then be accessed using your PocketMail device or via the Webmail service.

Are the messages on your Webmail service secure?

All of your messages are stored in a secure location on the PocketMail network. For more information, please review our Terms & Conditions, which specifies our Privacy Statement.

How do I check the mail messages via Webmail?

Go to http://mail.pocketmail.com from any ISP and compatible web-browser, enter your Username and Password and you can check the status of your mailbox at anytime.
