These changes only affect PocketMail customers in Australia.


 

In order to better serve you, PocketMail is changing the way we bill our customers, is saving you money and changing our access numbers.

Starting June 11, 2009; all PocketMail Australia accounts will be migrated to the US database and will bill in US Dollars instead of Australian Dollars. For those customers who pay via a credit card, to compensate for any fees that you may incur and to thank you for your support, we have reduced the Annual service plan fee by more than 15% which is a savings of more than $20 a year! For all customers who pay for their accounts by cheque or money order, your service fees will stay at the regular rates of $59 for 3 Months, $105 for 6 Months and $179 for a year. If you wish to change your payment method to credit card and receive the savings, please email your name, PocketMail email address, telephone number and credit card details to changes@pocketmail.com and we will happily make the change for you.

For our customers to already pay by credit card, nothing is required on your behalf to take part in the savings; everything will be done automatically for you. Your email address will remain the same. The only change will be your next annual renewal will be in US Dollars at $125 a year, instead of $179 Australian.

Customers on our 6 Month and 3 Month service plans will also receive the savings as well. The 6 Month plan will now bill at $70 US, instead of $105 Australian and the 3 Month service plan will now bill at $35 US instead of $59. If you wish to switch your service plan at any time, please let us know and we will be happy to complete your request.

From June 22, 2009; we are making your PocketMail experience even easier as we streamline our access numbers. PocketMail Australia will now have just one number for both Customer Service and our Transmission lines. Please use 1300 168 324 when contacting Customer Service or when you have to send and receive your email. Just press 1 for Customer Service or 2 to send and receive your email. By combining our numbers, you will only have to remember one number! Our 1800 numbers will remain active until July 31, 2009.
