New E-Mail Composer
PocketMail Inc. has expanded its line of handheld e-mail devices with the introduction of the PocketMail© Composer™ . The PocketMail Composer is both a pocket-sized organizer and an e-mail appliance that allows consumers to send and receive mail by holding it up to virtually any phone.
So what's new about the PocketMail Composer?
- Previous models were manufactured by Sharp and JVC under license from PocketMail. The Composer is now made by PocketMail themselves.
- Previous models were compatible only with landline and analog cellular phones; the Composer now works with most digital cellular and PCS phones as well.
- Other new features include organizer functions including address book, scheduling calendar, calculator, memo pad and to do list.
When you purchase the new PocketMail Composer, you will also receive CompanionLink® software for Microsoft® Windows™, which allows the PocketMail Composer to be synchronized with Personal Infromation Manager programs, including Outlook™, Lotus® Notes™, Act!™ and Goldmine™.
The Comoser comes in both silver and translucent purple options. Dimensions are approximately 6.38Lx3.15Wx0.94H inches (162x80x24mm). Weight with batteries is approximately 8.22 oz. (233 g). PC Link cable and two AA batteries are included.
