1. When pressing the "Synch with PMU" box will appear.


2. Press "Synch Options" to modify the settings for transferring your data. It will open a box giving you the following options:
   
   
• Data synch: When synchronizing the record, select this when you wish to back up or restore your data.
• Code update: Select Code Update when the PocketMail device software version needs to be re-installed or updated.
• PMU Folder Name: VENUS 1 is the defaulted folder in which the data will be stored. Do not change this option.
• PMU Record: When a record is the same in both computer & composer, select which action you wish to take. We recommend you select keep PMU version to keep the version that is currently on your PocketMail Composer device.


3. Once you have seleted your desired settings it is time to configure the ports for cummincation with the PocketMail Composer.
