SANTA CLARA, Calif. - October 26, 2001 - Jim Donovan has put an extra $1,750 per month in his pocket selling pocket-sized, mobile e-mail devices from PocketMail Inc. to RV'ers and sailing enthusiasts solely through word of mouth.
